Can I personalize my order?>

Please see the items product page for the location of a monogram. Some products do not feature a location for a monogram. All monogramming comes in same-size, block font for up to three initials. All monogramming may incur an additional 24-36 hours to your processing time. If you are shipping with an expedited service, please confirm with our Customer Care team the timeline will be met. Once product is monogrammed, it is FINAL SALE.

Do JUST CHILL magnets demagnetize credit cards?>

Magnets in money clips, money clip wallets and clutches are not known to demagnetize credit cards or damage cell phones. However, they may demagnetize hotel room keys. Please click here for a complete write-up.

What is the JUST CHILL Return Policy?>

Each purchase with JUST CHILL is an investment. Our leather and craftsmanship is designed to last a lifetime. If you receive your order and believe it is not the right fit, you have 30-Calendar Days from the time of purchase to send it back. All monogrammed and personalization is FINAL SALE. To receive your complimentary pre-paid UPS return label, please log-in to your account or you may click here. Returns generally take 5-business days to be fully processed for a credit or exchange. For exchange orders, JUST CHILL covers shipping fees for ground service. Only one exchange rotation can be made on a single order. **Furniture items are handled on a case-by-case basis. My bag has scratches, is it damaged?>

No, this is a beautiful feature of natural leather and the markings will be unique to you. All JUST CHILL products are lightly treated so the natural characteristics of the hide can be showcased. Since the sealant is breathable, the leather will patina over time and any scratches that occur will work themselves out. If you want to accelerate a scratch removal, you can either set the bag indirectly from a heat source to warm the wax in the finish. With a damp cloth, rub the scratch out. What is the JUST CHILL Guarantee and Repair Policy?>

All products within our lifestyle collection come with 100% protection from manufacturing defects. If your bag is damaged, please click here for our repair form and a link to download a pre-paid return label. Repairs generally require a lead time of 3 to 4 weeks before the bag is back in your hands. All manufacturing repairs are complimentary. We understand the lifestyle we design for isn’t always fragile. It is likely our bags and accessories may play a part in a heroic episode or travel to remote parts of the earth. Damage incurred under these circumstances are protected but may carry a service fee…yet, depending on the story, we may offer a complimentary repair and shake your hand.

Will Moore & Giles ship internationally?>

All international orders are charged at a flat rate for shipping and taxes. Once your order has been received within country, you will be reimbursed for any over-charge to your card on file. All duty fees are the responsibility of the consignee. Please be advised: your order will not be processed until our Customer Care Department confirms the order via email.

When will my order ship?>

Expedited orders placed by 11 am EST will be serviced the same day, including orders sent by Express Saver, 2Day, Standard Overnight or Priority Overnight. Orders placed after 11 am EST will be serviced the following business day. Standard ground orders will be processed within 72 hours from the time of purchase. Orders placed after 11AM on Friday, will be processed on Monday. All orders ship on business days Monday through Friday.Personalization and Gift Wrapping may incur an additional 48 hours to your processing time. How do I Clean this bag?>

The exterior fabric is water repellent waxed canvas so just spot clean and go on your way! The more you beat up your bag, the cooler it looks.

Is the bag waterproof?>

Our bag is not waterproof but we have a bunch of water repellent features. Our waxed canvas and neoprene are water repellent materials, meaning liquid will bead on the surface and not soak through. You can feel totally confident using the backpack in the rain. In order to be truly waterproof, we would need tech-y waterproofed zippers, seam tapes on all seams and all waterproof materials so that you could submerge our bag and have it come out dry on the other side. Some of our product’s charm is that it will look worn and yours over a period of time - not like a Rain Jacket.
